Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address you indicate, your home address, work address, etc.

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

The country of delivery always has to match the country of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Check the delivery times.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

For shipments to mainland Spain shipping is free of charge on orders from 140€.

For other destinations you can estimate the shipping costs in the shopping cart or on the checkout page.

The shipping fee will be calculated by item's weight & volume.
The shipping fee does not include import tax. You are responsible for the import duties and other charges of customs. You need to pay import tax if your customs charge you.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you will see the status of your order through "My account" in "Orders" .

What is the home delivery procedure?

Once we have checked your order, we will send you an email to confirm that it has been dispatched from the store along with the tracking number. The shipper will contact you via SMS or email to inform you of the delivery details.
