Yes, the details are transmitted in encrypted SSL form. For payment with Visa and Mastercard only SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After confirming that the card is linked to the SEC system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the purchaser authorises the purchase. You have 14 days to make the return from the moment of receiving the order until it reaches us.
You have to print your copy of the order and put it inside the box, just as you received it; remember that you are responsible for the return costs.
The parcel has to be wrapped in paper or plastic, never directly seal the box. We do not accept mail notifications.

Shipment of the return to our store is paid by the customer, unless the order arrives in a faulty condition, in which case we will take responsibility for the shipments. To manage a return, please contact customer service.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the inner labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. Remember that payment to a credit card always depends on your bank.

You have 14 days to exchange your order from the moment you receive it until it reaches us. First of all, send us an email attaching a copy of the order and indicating the exchange you want to make (a larger or smaller size, exchange for a different model, different colour, etc.) and confirming the collection address for the shipping agency. Print this email and put it inside the box along with the product. The parcel has to be wrapped in paper or plastic, never directly seal the box.
In the event that there is a difference in the cost when exchanging a model, if it is in your favour, the refund will be made to you via the same method you used for the purchase, and if it is in our favour, you will have to make the payment via bank transfer or Paypal and send us the receipt.
Once we have received your email, we will send the shipping agency to your address to collect the parcel. You must have it ready with your details as sender and ours as addressee.
