Returns

The Client must indicate their intention by email at shop@sendra.com, indicating the reason for the return, the confirmation number and all other useful information. https://www.sendra.com/ will respond by email with precise instructions on how to return the product.
If you have registered as a user you can follow the instructions in the help section.

The return of the product will be completed assuring that it is returned in perfect condition, not used, in the original packaging including guarantees, tags and recommendations of use and the address to which the product should be mailed will be indicated through email.

When the return is made due to a defect in the product or error en the delivery attributable to https://www.sendra.com/, the return shipping will be paid for by https://www.sendra.com/. Returns will be accepted 14 days after the user receives the order, in the case of dissatisfaction with the delivered product, the expenses and risks associated with the return of the product will be the responsibility of the Client, who must arrange the return delivery of the product and return the product with all original document and in perfect condition.
The cost of the return will be free for orders shipped to mainland Spain with an amount equal to or greater than 140 €, in other orders the cost will be paid by the customer.

The reimbursement in the account of the client as a consequence of the return will be carried out within 20 days after the day in which the supplier notifies https://www.sendra.com/ of the reception of the returned product. Rejection and Returns

https://www.sendra.com/ will have the right to investigate the return and demand the necessary proof from the user. If it is found that there is no error or noticeable defect, or that it is not the responsibility of https://www.sendra.com/ or the transportation company, the user must reimburse the expenses for the claim.
If there is no error in the article, size or chosen color, or if the article is not defective or it can be considered used, the return will not be accepted.

The exception will be products that are defective that do not show any signs of usage. https://www.sendra.com/ should be notified immediately of any such defects upon their discovery or when they should have reasonably been discovered, and in any and all case before (1) one month after the delivery date. The notification must describe the defect and in detail and just the act of notification does not justify full reimbursement of the paid price.

The products will have to be in the same preserved that they were receive in by the client and with the original packaging. Returns must include the delivery receipt, o invoice that accompanied the delivery of the product. In any case in the package they must be visible and the current user’s information must be legible in order to check the return to https://www.sendra.com/. The user will be responsible for the losses or damage that the returned products might suffer not being sent or packaged in the proper manner for their return.

In the case that the product whose return have been used or the return package is not able to be identified upon receipt, these products will remain in the warehouse of https://www.sendra.com/ and the client , or an accredited representative, will be informed of their location in order to retrieve the products and will be able to be retrieved for no more than 30 days after the day in which https://www.sendra.comn/ received the package.
